Get Ready for the 2025 Richard Murphy Hospice Gala

We are so excited to welcome you to the 2025 Richard Murphy Hospice Gala, “Once Upon a Dream” at Chappapeela Sports Park!
Saturday, September 27, 2025
7:00 PM – Midnight

Arrival & Parking

• Park in the general Chappapeela parking lot.
• For guests needing assistance, two golf carts will be available to shuttle you to the entrance.
• Upon arrival, enjoy the signature drink of the night from Benny’s, located just outside the entrance.

Please have your QR code ready for speedy check-in, which will be to your left in the lobby. Note: Re-entry is not permitted once inside.
A photo booth from Art & Soul Revived will be set up right outside the lobby out of the door the right-hand side—be sure to stop by and capture the memory! Phillip Colwart will also be taking party pictures, so keep an eye out.

Silent Auction & Raffles

• The silent auction is located in the lobby and begins LATER THIS WEEK! Instructions to download the Givy app are attached—start bidding before you arrive.
• Try your luck at the Diamond Dig ($40, cash or Venmo) for a chance to win a 2-carat diamond or other gems from Roussel’s Fine Jewelry & Gifts.
• Don’t miss the Royal Chest Raffle sponsored by Gabriel’s Building Supply—a Yeti ice chest filled with wine and liquor awaits the winner! Tickets are available for $25.

Amenities

• The main restrooms are located in the hallway to the left of the lobby, with additional restrooms outside the back left (southeast) door of the ballroom.
• A smoking area is also available near the outdoor restrooms.
• The overflow tent, accessible from the back right hallway, offers extra seating and a TV playing the SLU football game.
  
  

Safety & Emergency Exits
Your safety is our top priority. Please take a moment to review the
Chappapeela Sports Park. Emergency exits are:

• Main entrance (front lobby doors)
• Southeast exit (near the additional restrooms)
• Southwest exit (ballroom back left)
• Overflow tent exit (back right hallway leading outside

Event staff and volunteers will be stationed throughout the venue to assist in case of Emergency.

Evening Schedule

• 7:00 PM – Restaurants & Crescent Bar open in the Main Ballroom; DJ Oh2
  kicks off the night.
• 8:00 PM – Emcee announcements, Royal Chest Raffle drawing, Car Raffle,
  and Live Auction.
• 9:00 PM – Live music by Karma begins.
• 10:15 PM – Silent Auction closes; cashiers open for checkout.
• 12:00 AM – Event concludes.
  
  

Silent auction item pickup: If you are unable to take your items home
Saturday evening, they will be available Sunday, September 28, from 9:30–11:00 AM at
Chappapeela.
